Deposit and Payment:

A deposit of $300 must be received to
confirm reservation.

Full payment of the rental balance due is required no
less than 45 days prior to check-in date. If payment is late, a
10% charge will be applied if reservation is to be continued. We
have the right to
resell your reservation if payment is not made by the due date.

Upon receipt of your final payment, a map and
directions will be sent to you along with the password for the
Realty Lock Box on the door that contains the key to the unit.

We accept cash, check, money orders, or most major
credit cards. Make the checks payable to: Donna Barnett
and mail to the address listed on the home page.
Cancellations:
-
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in
date can have the deposit applied to a stay within one year of the
original check-in date minus an administrative charge. The
deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to
check-in date will receive a refund if the unit is able to be
re-booked. The refund will be in the amount of the re-booking
amount.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the
check-in date will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due
payments unless the unit is able to be re-booked. If it is
re-booked, a refund will be given for the amount the room was
re-booked.
Cleaning Fees:

All stays are subject to a one-time cleaning fee of
$85.

There is no daily maid service. The cleaning
fee is a set-up, starter fee for your stay in the unit. All
linens and towels are provided.

For stays longer than 10 days, clean linens and
towels can be provided for an additional fee.
