applicable Hawaii sales taxes apply(12.41%) For Bookings after July 1, 2010 the tax increases to 13.41%.

preferred dates. Balance is
- due 45 days prior to your arrival.
- For stays of 20 days or more, 1/3 of the nightly rent is required to reserve your preferred dates.
To Book unit #111 or #210 at the Napili Bay
Resort:
1. Please call or email me with the dates of your
vacation, along with your mailing information, i.e. name, address, city,
state, zip code, home phone, or work/cell phone and e-mail address.
2. Your dates will be penciled in our calendar. A letter
will be sent out to you along with a rental agreement to be signed
and returned. Send a $300.00 deposit along with the rental agreement to confirm your reservation for the dates you have
requested. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, paypal
is accepted and an invoice can be sent to you via email or can be
processed over the phone.
3. The balance of your reservation is due 45 days prior to
your arrival. After the balance is paid, a paid in full receipt,
directions to the unit, and code to get into the Realty Lock Box will
be sent to you. The Realty Lock Box has your keys to the
unit. Once you have opened the door, please place the keys back
into the box. Keys are available for your use inside the unit.
4. The booking
process is very simple. Now you can enjoy your trip. Have a
wonderful "Maui" day.
